Trophy Fee

All trophy fees reflect the price of 1 trophy animal. A 10% discount is given on the trophy fee of a second animal taken on the same hunt.

Mayfield Ranch is determined to provide you with the best hunting experience possible. To do this more effectively, we have decided to structure our pricing policy to reflect trophy fees. This was done because of the fair-chase policy of the ranch. We recognize that there is the possibility that you may not collect the animal you are pursuing. In the event of an unsuccessful hunt, Mayfield Ranch will completely refund your trophy fee or apply it toward another hunt.

However, should the hunter draw blood or the guide observe a visible hit the entire trophy fee is non-refundable.

Booking Deposit

Please note that a $500.00 deposit is required to book a hunt and save a date. The deposit is non-refundable if the hunt is cancelled within 90 days of the scheduled time but may be applied toward another hunt on an open date.
