Now Booking 2010 Fallow Hunts!

This species of deer can be white, spotted, brown, or reddish brown with white spots. In the fall, the males have hard antlers with wide flat palmations. They are apt to develop 20-30 points. A large male will weigh 200 pounds while a female will weigh around 100 pounds. Cold or hot weather does not bother them. The bucks are gorgeous with great antlers.

Mayfield ranch by far have the best fallow deer in Texas.What I like is you wont see the mayfield at a animal auction because they raise their own stock and don’t allow heavy hunting pressure.That’s why I hunt at the Mayfield year after year.Richard Saenz
